How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address associated with your AppointHub account to support@webinane.com.
- Use the subject line Delete my AppointHub account.
- Include your registered email address and, if applicable, your registered phone number so that we can identify your account.

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your AppointHub account and profile information.
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile image.
- Your appointment history and booking details.
- Your support messages and notification device tokens.
- Other personal data directly associated with your account.
Processing time and retained data
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records when required by law, for legitimate accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be kept only for the period required for those purposes and will not be used to provide the deleted account with app services.
