Welcome to Webinane.com and thanks for considering our company for your web development experience. Customer satisfaction is our top priority so we recommend to please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase to ensure clarity and transparency.
The products that we sell on our website are digital goods and cannot be "returned", so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
Before you ask for a refund from us
If you have purchased an item from our “Web Themes and Plugins” and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact us through our support email that is support@webinane.com so that we can troubleshoot the issue you are facing or guide you about how to solve it on your own on the backend of your website. In case of a code glitch, we will solve the issues and upload on your website after getting backend details with your consent. (Note: All the information provided by the client will be safe and secure and free from any misuse.)
1. General Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are available only under specific conditions outlined below. Requests must be submitted through our support system or via email at [support@webinane.com].
2. Eligibility for the refunds
We provide refunds under the following circumstances:
a. WordPress Themes and Plugins
Non-Delivery of the Product: If the product is not delivered due to technical issues on our end (e.g., email issues, server problems), you are eligible for a refund. In this case, we recommend to use our email at Gmail.com (webinaneff@gmail.com) to be in contact with us.
Product Not as Described: If the purchased product does not function as described in its documentation or demo, we may issue a refund after verifying the issue and failure to resolve it through support. The team will request for some specific time to come up with an update of the product according to description provided before the purchase.
Major Defects or Bugs: If the theme or plugin contains significant bugs that we are unable to fix within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted. We also request to our client to be patient as 98% of the issues are solved by our experts in case you face any bug.
b. Web Development Services
Project Cancellation:
- If the project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
- If the project is canceled after partial work has been completed, a pro-rata refund may be provided based on the work done.
Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without reasonable cause, you are entitled to a refund.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Change of Mind After Purchase:
- Failure to provide the necessary information or access for us to deliver the product/service.
- Issues caused by third-party software, hosting, or user modifications.
- Expired refund request periods (see Refund Request Period).
- Item that has been downloaded after the purchase
4. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within:
- 30 Days for WordPress themes, plugins and extensions.
- 30 Days for web development services.
5. Refund Process
Submit your refund request via [support@webinane.com], including proof of purchase, order details, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. On the refund, 10 percent of the total paid amount will be deducted as it is the payment processing fee charged by the payment processing company.
6. Support and Issue Resolution
We prioritize resolving any issues before issuing refunds as we desire that rather than engaging with any other company, we should be given ample chance to address your issues and complete your project. Please allow our support team to assist you in troubleshooting or resolving concerns with patience and cooperation. We promise our team will keep the same spirit of generosity in resolving your issues. This way both of us will be able to save our precious time, money and energy.
7. Exceptions
No refunds are issued for:
- Custom services that have already been delivered.
- Products or services purchased on sale or under promotional offers.
- Failure to meet system requirements as outlined in the product documentation.
8. Amendments to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
