First off the design of this template is great and you can tell a lot of work went into this setup.
Second the customer support seems to be good as they respond pretty fast to questions.
Third is the simplicity of adding or uploading course content through the template.
I will say since I had never used a template that was built like this one it did take me a few to figure out how to use it. Once you play with the pages and edits it all becomes very clear and easy to use.

This full wp theme download did not come with all the required files, css file for one, applying the wp file only option caused the loading of demo into the site to freeze the site up. Had to delete the theme and files.
